Executive Summary

This report draws upon the consolidated reports of the Gender Capital project for the implementation of Peace Recovery and Development Plan (PRDP) in Kitgum and Pader districts in Northern Uganda undertaken in 2010 to 2011.

It focuses on issues from those activities implemented which offer most insight into the results of the project and which offer the best opportunities for learning. Based on this analysis the report tries to balance the success which emerged as a result of the project implementation.
