Executive Summary

During 2018, the Board was able to formulate, review and ensure implementation and also adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

Policies developed included the Board Charter which -guiding tool to the Board’s cooperate governance obligations enshrined in UWONET’s constitution, the Gender Policy and amended the Human Resource Policy and Finance and accounting Policy. We are optimistic that the above reviewed and amended policies will strengthen the institution and position her better to deliver on her mandate.
